MeasuredbyitsABIlitytosupportcellattachmentandspreADIngwhenusedasasubstratumforcellculture.Inthisapplication,therecommendedconcentrationforthiseffectistypically1-5μg/cm2.Fibronectincanalsobeaddedinthemediatosupportcellspreadingataconcentrationof0.5-50μg/mL.Optimalconcentrationdependsoncelltypeaswellastheapplicationorresearchobjectives.
